Is the +2 AC supposed to be applied to base AC, or after any bonuses?

My cleric has -13 AC, but after I hand in the tear, it doesn't change. Is it supposed to be -15 now?

Yes, it is supposed to.

my fighter/mage didnt have it change either. His base changed i think (like wearing bracers AC8) but thats all. sigh.

Using near infinity to edit the file mentioned worked for me, I now have +2 AC on top of all armor. This only works if you apply it before you get the effect in game.

Would be nice to hear if it is indeed bugged, or the devs intended it to be base AC only.
