No NPC banter

Hi guys,
I tried to look for this issue online but couldn't find anything:

Since I started the game, there hasn't been any (non quest related) banter between my party members, or between myself and the party members except the romance dialogues with Viconia.

The only thing that happens occasionally is that party members face each other and seems to be initiating dialogue but nothing happens (except that they make their battle cries just like they would if they were starting a non-voice acted dialogue).
This is also the only thing that happens when I try to force start banter using Ctrl+I.

Anyone recognize this issue?

I have attached a save game if it helps =)

    This has happened with me where character start out with party banter then sometime before leaving to rescue imoen party banter ends and ctrl+I initiates no dialogue either. The turning to you thing typically means they are trying to speak. I hope this issue becomes resolved in the next patch as the banter really is some of the best stuff in the game.

    I had no banter since triggering of chapter 4 I think. Seen none of it for sure in Brynnlaw, Spellhold and Underdark. Ctrl+I works however, but not always - at every 3rd attempt or so.

    I noticed a large gulf in random party-interaction in those areas, too. I don't think they're suitable areas for many of the banters to fire.

    That's true! I seem to recall some (hilarious) interactions between Dorn and Hexxat and Viconia and Hexxat prior to the departure to Brynnlaw. Since that though, I'm certain there has been none.

    No me neither, I guess all of those are considered "dungeons" but I have been back for a long time and still no banter.

    So to clarify: This is not just a problem during chapter 4-5 but before and after as well. Could I have messed up the dialog.tlk file somehow?

    The party interactions are one of my favorite parts of the game, and I guess even more so now with new content. Wouldn't wanna miss it!

    this has happened to me also, in tob now and have no banter since about chapter 4. even ctrl + i doesn't force any.
