Are either or both of these long swords considered +4 weapons?

    Yep, the Burning Earth, I used it and the mighty blade Daystar during all my days 'gainst ne'erdowells. As a balancing factor SCS increases the efficacy of mantle spells, but it's still a good fix.

    Disclaimer: "all my days" may in fact only range from the time of their appropriation to the precise instant I acquired Angurvadal and Crom Faer.
