Larger party size through console?

Balancing aside, I think it'd be nice for this to be an option. As we all know in the original, the party size of 6 is hardcoded. I think it would be nice to maybe have options through the console to expand the size. That way, players who want to go with the balanced vanilla route can continue as usual, and people like me who'd love to have more party banter and interjections can be happy too. :D

    I'm afraid that you are misunderstanding what "...party size of 6 is hard coded..." means. When something is hard coded, it can't be changed without lots of work (specifically, you have to look through the code, identify all locations where assumptions are made about the maximum party size, and make the necessary changes). Once you've done that, adding a UI to set the maximum party size is trivial by comparison.

    In other words, implementing this would only save (maybe) 1% of the work involved in allowing the party size to be increased. If you are going through all that trouble, then you might as well go the rest of the way... :)
