Branwen still turns back to stone

I found this thread http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/12618/branwen-turns-back-into-stone and have to admit that this bug is still around.

I never talk to Zeke cause of the 500 gold he wants me to pay. I get my own scrolls and free Branwen but never actually take her with me. After coming back to the area after a while she's petrified again. Happened on two different games for me.

I use the most recent game version. And yes, both games were started after applying the latest update.
