Is IEP-Banter pack/extended compatible with BG1-NPC Project pack?

I'm getting ready to do the mega-install of various mods, but this one had me on the fence on what to do with it because of something called a banter accelerator.

I was referring to the PDF, but was pretty vague on which banter pack it was referring to.

EDIT:
After some looking, it was referring to another banter pack called the PPG Banter Pack. I notice the author kept referencing a banter pack to be installed with his IEP-Banter Pack. Is this the one he is referencing to? Also will both of them work with the BG1-NPC project?

    In short, yes: both the banter pack from Pocketplane and the IEP from Spellhold Studios are compatible with BGT and the BG1 NPC Project.

    As for the banter accelerator, in my opinion it isn't needed unless you have a very high speed through the game (as in you've played it many times before and know what to do). For a BGT install with content-expanding mods it really isn't necessary.

    Are they even compatible with BG:EE, though? I was under the impression that the NPC Project was still being worked on.

    Afaik one of the banter packs has been updated for BG2:EE, the other is pending, but it's been a few days since I checked.

    As for the BG1 NPC Project it is indeed being worked on - there's an at-your-own-risk beta version that is tentatively stable, but only recommended for advanced users.
