Dorn's Second Quest (SoA) Not Starting

I met with Dorn and completed the Radiant Heart quest at the wedding, however I've now made it all the way to Suldanessellar without Dorn's second quest triggering.

Apparently the quest is meant to start a week after Dorn hits level 12, however aside from him taunting me (about getting captured by Irenicus), hitting on me and challenge me to a duel (all of which have repeated at least twice) he won't say anything to me.

So, I am having the same problem but I don't understand the above^. How does one attach a save game?

To attach a save game, zip up the folder containing your .gam and .save files (the folder name will start with a long number) and click "Attach a file" below the comment box.
