^ These three items were not removed from my inventory during the creation of the corresponding Armor/Weapons.

Note: All items were in the Bag of Holding during the dialog with Cromwell/Fael.

I had the items using the Blood and the Bowstring crafted, and those items were correctly removed. I didn't have them in a bag of holding, so that sounds like a likely culprit.

@Kurumi: You don't happen to have a saved game prior to creating the items with those pieces do you?

If you could post that up with a quick set of "make the items this way" steps I can get this repo'd quickly and posted up as a bug.

I would guess you're probably right about it being bag of holding related.

I didn't have a save directly @ Cromwell, but somewhat before (@ the elven camp).. anyway I just replayed that part and made a new save @ Cromwell. Did another test and yup.. the items are still in the bag. So to repro this, simply let Cromwell produce the Gesen Bow and the Silver Sword during his usual dialog (and skip all the other items, that he could produce). I haven't re-tested the Blood, but for that simply head to Umar Hills and talk to Fael at the Inn and let him produce the Armor.

    Other Notes:
It's a Multiplayer Save, because I use a mixed party out of own created chars and NPCs.
    I use custom Portraits
I use two Mods (my own modded DUALCLAS.2da [not used by the current party though] and the UAI mod by Troodon80 [which should have no effect on the mentioned items])

Many thanks for looking into this :)

    @Illydth what about this?

Good lord, this one isn't going to be fun. What a mess.

So I have confirmed this. Not all of the items are being removed in a multi-player game.

In a single player game, the items are properly going away (though I haven't completely tested everything. If you get some time @CrevsDaak, can you download his save, load it up through single player mode and make sure that every multi-item creation gets rid of all items...I'm not worried about Multi-player mode, but single seems to work for me). In a multi-player game it looks like the "last" item is not being removed.

For the silver sword the hilt is left, for the bow of Giesen, the string is left, for Crom Feyer, the Gauntlets are left.

I'm not sure if the order of the items in the bag changed if the items that remained would change (that's another thing to test if you have time @CrevsDaak, my time is limited or I'd do it myself), but

    * with 1 item creations (e.g. Ankheg plate) the item is being properly removed.
    * with 2 item creations (e.g. The sliver sword) the last item is not being properly removed.
    * with 3 item creations (e.g. Crom Feyer) the first and second items go away but the last item is not being properly removed.

Again, this looks like a multi-player bug only.

7533 Tagged for this. What an odd little bug. Opened with "B" severity because item duplication bugs are not cool. :)
