BG2EE OS X customization? Help needed

Hi everyone!
While beeing very happy to finally have BG2 on the mac I am quite disapointed by the lack of customization.
On the PC I used to setup some special keybord hotkeys for inventory etc. suited for my playstyle.
Now in BG2EE (on OS X) there doesn't seem to be any possibility to change those hotkeys...

Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate it.

Also does anyone know how to change the left-click so to be able to continue in a conversation with clicking on the text and not on "continue"? (as it was possible in the original Baldur's Gate)
