[DUPE #7141] - Edwin to Edwina and the Wild Forest

Should Edwin read the Neather scroll for the 2nd time while you happen to be in the Wild Forest, the Spell will fizzle and surge.

This causes Edwin to constantly repeat dialog.


Simple solution, don't be in the wild forest when this timed event triggers, but I thought I would mention it if no one else had as I hadn't seen it in the bug list.
