Custom Sound Sets - Infrequent use of Battle Cry

Does anyone else have problems with their PC hardly ever saying their battle cry? My PC says it but VERY rarely - unlike the other party members who basically yell their battle cries every time they engage in combat. If anyone has a solution to this I would love to hear about it (:
