[Known 7302] Cowl of the Stars icon isn't properly centered

The BAM used for the Cowl of the Stars cloak isn't properly centered, it's left aligned.
Expected behaviour : It should be centered

    Huh, I hadn't even noticed that. I'm not sure if it has been reported, but the item does not work as described either : it only produces five meteors regardless of the wearer's level.
