Thing I really didn't get about Werewolf Island *spoilers*

After I killed the wolfweres on the ship and completed the quest, apparently everyone on the island turn into werewolves, besides Delaney and Maralee. Is there any reason for Farthington (the little girl) and Taloun (man who was shipwrecked on the island) to attack the player as well? Considering that I've helped Farthington with her quest, and Taloun was an outsider to begin with.

And after killing Farthington and Evalt, are there any further uses of Farthington's Doll and Evalt's brother's body, which they drop?

    The entire idea is that is a town full of werewolves, and part of belonging to that village is belonging to the "pack", indeed someone almost says pack before quickly changing and saying clan.

    And no there shouldn't be.
