#7297 [CORE] - Wizard Slayer able to equip Neck Slot Magic Item

The Amulet of the Seldarine,

the reward given by Ellesime at the end of SoA,

can be equipped by a Wizard Slayer. I suppose this could be intentional, so that even a WS pc can use it - it might merit an exception to the normal WS restrictions due to its source.

I thought I would mention it here, though, in case this was not a deliberate exception but rather an unintentional oversight.
