[Known 7192] Getting a black screen when I launch throne of bhall.

I when start a new game in Throne of Bhall I can't do anything. All I see is a black screen with the gauntlet mouse icon.

    the workaround for that is pressing m to open the map, waiting a second or two then pressing m again to close it

    there was a fix for the ui being drawn before a cut to black and fade in, but ToB has something slightly different from the other 5 game modes that caused it to wait for something randomly.
