Crash on startup

Hi,

Wanted to report that my game crashes on startup (when pressing the "play" button on the startup window). I can't seem to find any same discussion on this in forums. I would attach the dump file generated by the crash but It seems that this forum does not allow it.

Can anyone help me on this?

Edit:
Also wanted to add that my BGEE also crashes on the startup. Can't figure out why this is happening.

    Hi,

    Seems the game working now. Restarted my PC and the game is now running. Don't know what happened. I still have the dump files though.

    @azerej: You might consider sending your dump file and the version number of your game to support so that they can look at them. While a restart did fix your problem, there may be more to the dump that can help the devs make the game more stable.

    Glad the reboot fixed it for you however.
