Hexxat and Dorn quest question

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I got the Claw of the Black leopard for Hexxat and left the tomb, but I dont know how / where to go to finish the quest and find the messenger who told us to get the thing in the first place. Have wandered around the city and back to where I met him but I'm rather stumped now after an hour of aimless wandering.

Also, after recruiting Dorn for the first time and helping to kill the person he was supposed to kill at the wedding, is there any more to do for him? His quest was very short, done in under 3 minutes or so. Hexxat, Neera and Rasaad so far have had much much longer quests.. but Dorn hasnt done or said anything for hours now, was that all there was to his quest or can I trigger more of his quest somehow?

    Both of their quests have plenty of downtime. For hexxat, I think it's seven in-game days. For Dorn, I think the next trigger is him hitting level 12.
