[Known 6691] Turn Paladin effects Dorn

In ToB, Viconia's Turn Undead also works to turn Paladins, which I assume is intended. What I'm not sure about is the fact that she also turns Dorn, who is a fallen Blackguard at this point. It seems strange both that an evil cleric would be able to turn a Blackguard and that a fallen Blackguard is still considered a "paladin."
