[DUPE 7221] - Anomen weapon profs.

He has 2 points in spear but can't use it. I recall him having flail profs.

As far as I know, this was a "fix" included in some mod in the past. Basically, Anomen has too few proficiency points when you get him (due to his Fighter levels I assume), so they simply added the missing points. They didn't want to increase his overall level of power though, so they added it in a weapon he couldn't use, but one that he has referred to as using in various conversations (he mentions using a spear).

Personally, I'm not a fan of this solution, as it causes quite a bit of confusion. So what if he's slightly more powerful with proper proficiencies? It's hardly game breaking.
