ToTSC Bug: Shandalar's home, hidden door

At Shandalar's home in Ulgoth's beard, the hidden door that leads to the basement does not appear. No purple door to click on or anything. My current rogue has 140 skill points in find traps. Any help/ suggestions?

    I didn't even know he had a house. He always just stands by the tree.

    Are you talking about the house directly north of Mendas' house?

    To get to that house's basement you have to complete Durlag's lower levels as part of Hurgan Stoneblade's quest.

    I did complete the durlag's tower and obtained the soultaker . Ulgoth's beard is overrun by cultists. I killed the cultists in the shop that has the hidden door leading to the basement. Though the door won't show so I can open it. I'll put up a screen shot later.
