DUPE:The Raelis Quest experience ad infinitum

... ok this is probably a dupe from another bug where leaving is almost impossible (can be deleted already got the solution)

after finishing the quest you can talk to Raelis again and again and each time you get the EXP for the quest (tested it 6 - 8 times seems to be endless)
