Planar Prison Bugs

When i zone into the planar prison and after killing off the first guys at the entrance I noticed some combat log between haer'dalis occurring between him and the Wyvern....he is not in my party and in fact the Wyvern should have been all the way towards the south east of the map. Don't know why, but the game thinks that Haer'dalis is in my party and even the thralls start to attack him it seems. I used the Ctrl-Y cheat to kill off mobs quickly and headed north ( to prison area where Haer'dalis was) to find out what was going on....Wyvern was in middle of jail and had killed Haer'dalis. Since I had used to cheat code to kill off all mobs on my way there..Raelis completed by quest for me and awarded 44K xp to all 6 of my party members...and 44K to Haer'dalis. No idea what is going on here but seemed very bugged overall. Also when Hexxat dies in this area, after I rest ( until fully healed ) she comes back only as a cloud of mist;she does not revert back properly into her physical form and more resting does not solve this problem. I have now decided to stay clear of the planar prison and loaded up an earlier save instead.
