A sticky thread in the (sub)forum for simple user modifications

I notice that many threads describe valid complaints and user suggestions on improving existing gameplays. Those are usually an addition of 1 file in the override folder. Instead of digging through various threads to locate those files, I would like to request a sticky thread so that people can post them and find them in one centralized place. How about one thread each for BGEE and BG2EE?
