Custom voice sets?

Hello everyone!
This may have been asked before, but I've been unable to locate it (after having, admittedly, spent an amazingly short time searching for it - but I am very tired - we (party and I) just tried getting multiplayer to work, to no avail).
But here goes...
In yon olden days, it was possible to record your own voice sets and add them to Baldur's Gate.
Is this still a thing?
And if so, how?
Now I added character portraits, I want their voices there as well.
