#7337 [CORE] - Incorrect THAC0 Displayed when Dual-Wielding

See the attached screenshot, the THAC0 displayed in the top panel is the correct one.

Steps to reproduce issue:
1) Load up a character with 3 proficiency points in Two Weapons Style
2) Make the character dual-wield any two one-handed weapons
3) Open the inventory or the record screen and notice that the THAC0 displayed is incorrect

    Also, something is off here. 9 + 4 is 13 not 15. Is it the Swashbuckler bonus of 2 not being applied to the off-hand?

    Level 10 Swashbuckler imported from BG: EE.

    Edit: IPad Version

    Base Thac0: 16
    Strength: -3
    "Swashbuckler" Ability Bonus: -2
    Elf: -1
    Proficiency: -1
    Off hand: +4

    Should be 9/13 dual wielding 2 longswords.

    Going off of the original post, I looked at the character sheet and it shows the correct THAC0 in the upper section but the same incorrect data as the equipment screen in the lower section.
