Removing quests from journal

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
hi,

I completed side quest with Hexxat (bg2), but it got a little buggy and now its still in my quest book. Removing text from journal doesnt work. "Hexxat's request" is still in my quest book. Any ideas?
