Still no update in the Mac store for BG2:EE?!

It's almost been a month and no update yet. That's some serious lag time. Is there an ETA? Thanks.

    I have the same problem. I bought the game in AppStore and I can't play online with my friends that use the steam last version. I need the last update in the AppStore, anyone from Beamdog can post if there are any progress with this issue?
    We need to wait for 1 month, 3 months, forever?
    There any possibility to have a patch from other source?
    there any possibility for a money refund?

    Another month gone by and still no update in the Mac store. Are we waiting on Beamdog or Apple?!
