Cannot access Wyhrm's Crossing after Flooding Cloakwood Mines

in BG:EE Bugs (v1.2)
I killed Davaeorn and flooded the mines. My notes sections says I am in chapter 5 and should to to Baldur's Gate City.
I cannot access Wyhrm's Crossing. I read some discussions on the topic and it was suggested that since I did everything I needed to do, there must be a bug problem.

    Rule of thumb: If the icon for a map you've never been to is faded brown, you have to "discover" it first by walking to an adjacent area and then leaving the map in the direction of your destination. This turns the icon blue (if you haven't gone there) or black (once you have).
