Duchal Palace chapter 7

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Did all quests and got the letters + diary but when I enter the Duchal Palace there are no event triggering or NPCs except flaming fist and noblemens.

How can I fix this?

    Guess that I have to export my char and use him on a new BG2 play then =)

    Did you enter the main room?
    And did you get everything from the Undercellar?

    Yes I went first to Undercellar through the priest and then killed the two assassins. After that I went to the main gate with the invitations
