I'm at level ten and my weapon proficiencies HAVE DISAPPEARED

It's the Luck spell - it's bugged to remove all weapon proficiencies ATM. You'll need to use EEKeeper to fix it.

In all seriousness, if I need to use Keeper to fix what shouldn't be broken, I'm not interested.
