Can't start the final battle, "You are not ready..." message keeps popping up!

So i killed the Ravager and once i try to start the last battle i keep getting the message "You are not ready. There are challenges you must face before moving forward." What am i doing wrong? Have any new requirements been added or is it just bugged?

Try going into the other challenge rooms. I had this happen, and either I skipped the challenge where you fight yourself or I had to repeat it for some reason.

I just experienced the same issue, and can confirm that going into another challenge room indeed made me redo a challenge and fixed my issue.

I know this thread is 10 years old, but I wanted to thank everyone here. I came across the "You are not ready" issue yesterday as I was finishing my playthrough.

I was panicking, and coming to terms with having to ditch the final battle and chalk it up when I saw this thread. After hours of having to figure out how to use the console to progress (due to bugs with certain mods), you have no idea how relieved I was when I saw that this solution worked.

This will probably just float off into the ether somewhere, but: thank you!
