Dorn's personal ToB quests

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
So I realize that it's possible to cause Dorn to become a fallen blackguard or switch over to a new patron. Will doing either of these ruin his ToB content? Also, where/when would it activate so I know something didn't go wrong?

    I'm pretty sure it's a no, he gets the same Lumia quest regardless of your actions at Resurrection Gorge.
