[DORN] Resurrection Gorge

Everything is working fine, however when I get down to the gorge floor and enter the tree with the summoning stone from the river chick nothing triggers or is able to be triggered and Vernus does nothing. If prompted to talk, he simply repeats the same 2 lines without actually going into a dialogue.
When trying to prompt any dialogue with the dragon Fil, it says I cant.
