*Help* Multiple mods messing up ScriptRef for items/npcs

I've recently been installing a handful of mods for BGEE as I love having so much gameplay variety and increased difficulty available for me to use.

Every time I install all the mods I have an issue with mods scriptreference numbers being messed up or non-existant. I am intrigued if there is a solution available to guarantee that each mod will use different scriptref numbers rather than rewriting per-existant ones for other mods?

Current Mods Running:
BG2 Tweaks
TeamBG Armor Pack
TeamBG Weapon Pack
TeamBG HLA & Level 40
BPSeries
Convient Ammunition
Dark Horizons
IWDification
Karatur
More Stuff for Mages
Rogue Rework
Saradas Magic
Stratagems
Wandcase

The most common problem issues with the scriptref are:
Karatur's Items and NPC Dialogue.
ScriptRef Advanced Characters (Ninja-to being replaced with Ninjat? - Easy fix with Near Infinity)

Thanks for anyone who can help me :)

The Karatur mod uses an old version of the WeiDU installer that doesn't handle the language directory of BGEE. Check if the setup-karatur.exe file in the game directory has a lower size than other setup-XXX.exe. That would mean the auto-update of WeiDU didn't work and the mod installation probably failed to install its texts properly.
Maybe you could fix this issue by reinstalling the mod after replace replacing setup-karatur.exe by an up to date version of WeiDU.

Thanks for the help but I decided to do the easier way and just reinstall the game to a second installation folder and just reinstall everything that way.
Although I had already updated the WeiDU and tried both the original version of karatur and the new version
