Multiplayer chat on iPad in character arbitration

So, I've been trying to play multipolar since the 1.2 updat for iPad, and I've been having quite a bit of fun with it. However, in the character arbitration screen on the iPad, I don't seem to be able to type In the chat box, which can lead to some confusion. I assume this is a bug, but the possibility of me completely missing something is as always, extremely relevant. Any suggestions?
(Sorry if this is In the wrong spot, I don't know if it should be in iPad or bg:ee bugs.)

    Naturally, I find the button about an hour after this thread is made. Don't mind me.
    Now, however, the attach file button is gone on the forum, and so I fugue that if I say that here I'll find it again.
