Hexxat's Request - Where is She?

I recruited Hexxat, and went to the tomb. However, she says to meet her at the Copper Corronet in two hours, but never returns. She is nowhere to be found, even days/weeks later. Is there anything I can do? I'm too far in to revert to a saved game.

You missed something in the tomb; head back in to the place you originally found Hexxat, and then walk your way out.
