    The new cloak works.

    Iin addition I equipped the cloak on Edwin so he had 20% resist. I also gave him a potion of absorption, so his total electrical resist with the cloak was 120%. I proceeding to blast him with lightning bolts, and they healed him as they should, showing that the cloak was adding to the electrical resist.
