Boots of Hastened Departure

This item (found in the lower level at Bodhi's gauntlet in BG2EE) when worn, has no icon. The only mod I have installed is Unfinished Business. Can anyone else confirm this ?

    It is, and it is quite overpowered. I didn't use them when I first got them (didn't think high ac without attack would help much) - but they're basically the blade's defensive spin ability for free at will... also in my game they're bugged, so you can trigger them multiple times (rather than activate/deactivate) leaving you with overlapping effects (and with the improved bard song that you can keep playing while using the boots, that's an almost instant AC of -24). Looks like a bug to me anyways, where would I post that to let them know about it?
