Cannot import portrait?

Hi all!

Just purchased BG2EE today, after completing BG1EE.

I have exported my character in BG1, and then importet it in character creation in BG2. Went smooth.

But then I start the game, and see that I have no character portrait?

How can I solve this? Am I doing something wrong?

    Perhaps you're using one of the dlc portraits from the first game that didn't make it into the second. If so, it's an unintentional oversight that they intend to patch. For now you can just change portrait by going on character record screen -> customize -> appearance.

    Is this a custom portrait?

    If so, check pixel sizes; the sizes are different from the 2 versions. Also, check your graphics configurations. If you don't have your graphics high enough, it may not be able to display all of the colors in the portrait.
