Help with some issue with a custom class/kit

Hi, i created a custom class a merge between a monk and a sorcerer, in practice is a sorcerer kit, but i want to know how to do this:

1) Assign a monk animation to this class, but only to this class. (I don't want that all sorcerer looks like monks)
2) How to hide and show buttons in the command windows. For example, i want to create a own class derived from monks and i want to hide the "Find Traps" button and show the "Spell" Button.

    Both of these are hardcoded (not moddable).

    Well, you can change the avatar and paperdoll through the polymorph opcode (as is done when you are transformed into drow in the Underdark, or when Edwin is transformed into a woman), but doing this is notoriously buggy. There is also only a monk avatar for humans, while sorcerers are less restricted.
