[Known 7190] Anomen quest script bug (expanded for general discussion)

So I did part 1 of Anomen's quest (didn't exact revenge) and Anomen gets his radiant heart invite. When we show up we get taken inside, fade to black, anomen are by ourselves, no dialog with Radiant heart contact and and Anomen starts complaining on how he must return home because his sister hasn't been mourned?

Nothing new at his house.

What have I done wrong. Is this a bug?
