Why did Bioware forget about adding portraits to the game?

    Exactly what I was thinking. There are no portraits in BG2 that aren't used by NPCs which makes their use quite confusing and uncomfortable. BG1 featured some though.
    That's why I use BG2 style custom portraits. See this artist.
