Where does this GO? I can't get it to run from any directory I try to install it in.

    install in the directory that has chitin.key

    In my case it was in resources. Try starting from applications and opening folders in the order that are on the bottom of the window in the pic I linked. When you get to the game itself, right click on it and choose "Show package contents" to get to the next set of files. Make sure you have the mac installer and the newest version of WeiDU for mac as well
