Please help! Hexxat/Neera ToB *spoilers*

Hi folks,

*SPOILERS*



Need some help. I've finished Rasaad's quest by trapping Alorgoth. I've finished Dorn by slaughtering heaven.

For Hexxat, I've killed the Lich, and from reading forusm, I'm waiting for L to appear and give me options. It's not happened so far though. I'm hoping I don't have a journal bug or something, because the journal revealed L was Larloch, even though I've not met him. I only got the options for the lich to turn me human (the first one, not Larloch).

I've also read that Neera's quest takes me to Thay, in ToB?

However, I'm now about to fight Balthazar and I've not seen any sign of Neera having a quest, 'at all', and Hexxat's finale wont trigger.

Anyone got any ideas? Would really appreciate it!
