Very Quick n00b question about Inquisitor Dispel

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
This is for vanilla (unmodded) enhanced edition trilogy.

Does the inquisitor's Dispel have a level cap?

Or does it just keep getting higher, thus ensuring their usefulness even in ToB?

A lvl 30 inquisitor dispelling at lvl 60 seems awesome, but only if that's how the game actually works.

    Not a noob question, i played this game for years and this is a valid doubt nonetheless. From the dispel level i saw in ToB i would guess if any cap exist, it would be around level 50 +/- for the dispel magic level of the inquisitor. Just a guess however.

    Good question. Even I am not sure about this. However, I would imagine inquisitor's dispel would still be useful regardless of whether there is a level cap to it.

    ooh, I can answer this! It caps at level 20, for a level 40 equivalent dispel.
