Keldorn Quest Bug

I just finished the Planar Sphere and Keldorn has started to act weird. After the sphere Keldorn kept giving feedback as if he was being selected when he was within the viscinity of the PC (without my doing so). Thinking this might be something to do with him trying to talk to me I went to the government district where he gave me the prompt for his quest - unfortunately I've already completed it! Now I'm getting told by Keldorn that he wants to visit his family but when I go to his home none of his family are there to help him. SCS and BG2 Tweak Pack Installed.

Can anyone give me a console code to fix this?
