Hexxat lovetalk (spoiler)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I am stuck at lovetalk 23, i know that this romance arrive to 25, but i am near to the end (hell portal) and Hexxat still don't want talk to me :(

There is something that i am making wrong? The numberr of global is 2 that must be fine at least.

But i was thinking that i must simply proced with the story (like with Bodhi) but i'm still waiting -_-

Also i have lose very much time, because this romance was bug from the beginning and i have already done a crap tons of quests before i suspect of the romance was bugged :(
