Need Help Creating a Pre-Gen PC Baeloth [Soundset Problem]

I love Baeloth. So much so that I want to play through the entirety of BG1 and BG2 with him. I decided the best way to achieve my goal is to create a new pre-gen PC version of him.

I used EEKeeper to make most of the necessary changes but one option EEKeeper doesn't have is soundsets. So, I used DLTCEP to export Baeloth's soundset from his *.CRE file as a *.TBG file and then re-import it into my *.CHR file. Unfortunately, this has two drawbacks: (A) it doesn't work in BG2:EE (no voice sounds play but random junk gets fed into the chat box) and (B) it means you have to select the character from the pre-gen list and cannot import the *.CHR file during character generation (which means the level 1 character template won't be automatically scaled up in XP for BG2 and TOB campaigns) because the soundset isn't selectable from the voice selection menu. I want to make it so that by copying the portraits and soundset to the right places (maybe dropping a modified *.2DA into the override to get the entry in the voice selection menu) the same *.CHR file can be used for both BG1 and BG2 without issue.

I found this topic (http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/comment/281810/#Comment_281810) In the archives but I cannot figure out how to extract the *.WAV files from the *.TBG file I exported with DLTCEP. Can anyone help?
