[DUPE] - Cespenar will no longer initiate dialogue after creating the Shadow Dragon Armor

Expected behavior

Cespenar will keep initiating dialogue with the protagonist, after making the Shadow Dragon Scale Armor in ToB (from the scale in Rasaad's quest)


Observed behavior

After making the Shadow Dragon Scale Armor, Cespenar will no longer initiate dialoge with the main character, hence no longer make new items. Cespenar can still initiate convesation with party members, but says he only serve the master.
