BGEE Worked First Day, Now Does Not...

As the title of my post implies, I bought BGEE on Steam and ran it right after I installed it. Worked phenomenally. I went to play it a few days later and it wouldn't run. I have tried multiple fixes since then and none of them seem to work.

Specs:
AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.30 GHz
4 GB of RAM
Windows 8.1 64-bit OS, x64-based processor

Please, help me.

    You should run the .exe file as an administrator. Your desktop must be in 32-bit colours avoid 24 and 16.

    The last probable cause of the crash, could be your last tweak, on your graphics card settings.
